Dump trucks for contractors in London, Ontario

For excavators, builders, landscapers and site contractors who need trucks that turn up and keep cycling. 5Rivers Trucking runs its own dump trucks out of London, brings in owner-operators it works with when a job needs more, and bills the way your office already works.

Our trucks, and more when you need them

Our own tandem and tri-axle trucks run out of the Durrow St yard in south London, so most sites in the city are a short run away.

For bigger days we bring in owner-operators we work with regularly, dispatched and billed through us. You deal with one company and get one invoice.

Billed the way your office works

Priced by the hour, the load, the tonne, or a fixed amount agreed before we start. Hourly work is counted from each truck's start to its finish on your job, less any break.

Every invoice lists each job by date and site, with the hours or loads behind the figure, HST shown, and the ticket photos attached, so whoever checks it can match it to your own records.

Working through a dispatcher or a broker? We bill whoever the job calls for.

Tickets you can check

Every load is weighed and ticketed, and the ticket numbers go on the invoice. Photos of the tickets are kept with each job, so a question about a load months later still has an answer.

How booking works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the job

Call 437-679-9350 or 226-700-5268, or send the quote form with the site address, what is being moved, roughly how much, and when.

  2. Step 2

    Get a price

We reply within one business day, priced by the hour, the load, the tonne, or a fixed amount agreed before we start.

  3. Step 3

    We dispatch

Trucks and machines are booked for your date, and dispatch keeps them cycling on the day.

  4. Step 4

    Weighed and ticketed

Every load is ticketed, and the invoice lists each job with its tickets, so what you pay for matches what arrived.

Questions

How are hours counted on hourly work?

From the truck's start to its finish on your job, less any break. The times are recorded against each job, and the invoice shows the hours for each.

Can you supply more than one truck?

Yes. Beyond our own trucks we bring in owner-operators we work with regularly, dispatched and billed through us.

Do you work through dispatchers?

Yes. Many of our jobs come through dispatchers, and we bill the dispatcher or the contractor, whichever the job calls for.
